Welcome to Zakhir Hussain Memorial Private ITI, was started in 1978 to commemorate late Dr. Zakhir Hussain former president of India who was the chairman of the commission constituted in the year 1937 to study and submitting report about the introduction of the modern Basic Education and Technical Education in India.
This institute is located near the Municipal office of Changanacherry at Kottayam District. In 1978 this private ITI started functioning with four trades and at present it is having eleven permanent trades affiliated with NCVT .
